Accessing your client's information in three steps
Step 1
Complete our Third party authority form (PDF, 536 KB), or if you have one, your own client authorisation form.
Step 2
Email the form to us at enquiry@unisuper.com.au. Please include ‘Third party authority request’ in the subject line of the email. We will confirm we’ve received your form within 2 business days.
Step 3
Once we've set up authorisation on the account, we’ll email you a copy of your client’s Member Summary Report.3 If you have any further questions, you can call us on 1800 029 810, between 8.30am to 6.00pm (Melbourne time), Monday to Friday.
Your access is valid for up to 2 years.
Things you need to know
3Member Summary Reports cannot be produced for Lifetime Income or Defined Benefit Indexed Pension accounts. If you have clients with these types of accounts, we can assist you via phone, chat and email.
