How does UniSuper provide 360Health?Our insurer MetLife partners with global virtual healthcare leader Teladoc Health to provide 360Health.

Is my personal information shared with anyone?All services are confidential, and our insurer won’t receive any medical reports from Teladoc Health without your consent. The only information Teladoc Health shares with our insurer, MetLife, is de-identified and used to improve 360Health for customers.

Can I share 360Health findings with my GP?You’re encouraged to share your assessment and recommendations with your treating GP, and Teladoc Health can share it directly with your consent.

Do I need to have insurance with UniSuper to use360Health services?No. All UniSuper members can use 360Health. This also includes your immediate family (spouse, de facto partner, children or stepchildren).

Are there any restrictions on the number of times I can use the Virtual Care services?No. Virtual Care services are unlimited. You can access the services as many times as you or your family needs.
