Voiceover: Coronavirus has been one of the biggest disruptors of the 21st century. So in this time of social distancing, we’ve had to make some changes to the way we meet.
We’ve adapted our financial advice service to provide secure video conference appointments. Video meetings are convenient, they’re easy and you can do it securely from the comfort of your own home.
Lyn Curtis: I was a little bit apprehensive initially because I do enjoy that trip into the city and the personal touch. However, I’m very please I did agree to do the online conferencing because it actually was quicker, and it was easier to do.
Jenny Miller: You were sent a link via email, you hit the link it opens up and you were able, and you’ve got a button to join the meeting and it’s really as simple as that.
Martin Curtis: It was really no different to the, to the way they put up the charts and numbers in the office. So from that point of view there was no difference at all.
Jenny Miller: There was very little that happened that couldn’t happen in a face to face meeting, the only thing I missed out was, you know was the free cuppa before hand, otherwise it’s just the same process.
